WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We use a 3rd party logistics partner to ship our boxes across Australia. And once your box leaves our packing facility, depending on your post code it usually takes between 1-2 business days for your package to arrive.
MY BOX ARRIVED AND THE ICE PACKS HAVE MELTED. IS THE CHEESE STILL GOOD?
Cheese is best served once left out of the fridge for an hour or so. We always advise customers to go by their own cheese intuition, but generally speaking - cheese is hardy! So it it looks good, feels good and smells good, then it's good to go!
HOW DO YOU KEEP THE CHEESE COLD DURING DELIVERY?
All our boxes are fitted with one to two frozen gel packs, as well as bespoke food insulation packaging. This ensures your box and its contents arrive in an ideal condition.
I ORDERED A BOX BUT IT HASN'T ARRIVED YET
While the cheese handlers at our packing facility do a fantastic job quickly processing orders and sending out boxes, there's generally a week turnaround from ordering to delivery. We will always endeavour to get your box processed as fast as possible, though due to demand across Australia unforeseen delays can sometimes occur. The good news is, once your order is dispatched, depending on your postcode it can take 1-2 days for your box to arrive.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
If it is yet to be dispatched, we will do our best to change your order to something different. However due to the number of daily orders we receive, not all change of orders can be processed before boxes are dispatched.
WHERE DO WE GET OUR CHEESES FROM?
We source our cheese and accompaniments from a large range of local and international suppliers. Whether it is a small provider or globe trotting enterprise - we don't descriminate!
I RECEIVED MY BOX AND SOME CHEESES ARE DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS ADVERTISED
Due to customer demand, sometimes we have to change cheese products on the run. Meaning on occassion you may receive an item of cheese that was different to what was advertised. If this occurs, we will always provide you a like-for-like, value-for-value substitution.
HOW SHOULD I STORE AND SERVE THE CHEESES?
Keep all cheese, meats and condiments should be stored in the fridge; the air at the bottom of most fridges is the coldest, so store it there! But beware; try and keep your cheeses separate from one another because the flavours and aromas of one cheese can penetrate another mildier cheese. And when it comes to serving your food, cheeses are usually best served once spending about an hour out of the fridge.
I AM CONCERNED WITH THE CONDITION OF MY CHEESE
We take the utmost care ensuring your boxes and its contents are carefully packed, and arrive in perfect condition. We do recognise though that issues can arise due to delivery partners. If your box doesn't arrive in great shape, please contact our customer service team (email@example.com) so we can assist your query.
WHAT IS OUR PACKAGING MADE FROM?
Our cardboard boxes are made from recycled material, and the insulation liners come from used sheep wool! The thermoshield ice packs are reuseable.
